Based in Frognal, Hampstead, UCS ActiveTraining provides courses for both individuals and local businesses.

Run on-site by certified instructors, there is a range of approved courses available to you throughout 2010.

HSE Approved Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)	Wed 14th April   Wed 2nd June   Wed 14th July   Wed 21st July
STA Certificate – NaRS Pool Lifeguard Level 2	Tues 16th February –  Sat 20th February   Sat 3rd July + Thurs 8th – Sat 10th July
STA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming – Beginners.	Mon 29th March – Thurs 1st April
