Personal Training
Our 5 fully qualified personal trainers, with differing areas of specialism and expertise, work closely with you to develop a programme to perfectly suit your needs.
Health & Fitness Assessments
After a free initial consultation* our fitness team develop an effective, tailor made and personalised fitness plan in line with your Inbody results. With a choice of three pathways, we have a package to suit every member.
Pathway 1 - Basic Check - £25
8 week tailored fitness programme following initial consultation. A follow up Inbody Analysis is undertaken to highlight any significant changes in body composition.
Pathway 2 - Active Health Check - £65
A 24 week package with undertaken every 8 weeks to highlight any significant changes in body composition and assess the positive effects of exercise over time on health.
Pathway 3 - Total Body Health Check - £120
Lasting 48 weeks, this package has a longer term focus. A great way to adhere to an exercise programme, this package combines 6 Inbody Analyses carried out every 8 weeks.
