Exclusively serving the Hampstead community, UCS Active is a unique family sports, health and fitness club that offers so much more.

From our extensive group exercise programme, family sports sessions and all weather tennis courts to swimming lessons and dance, UCS Active has something for everyone.

With state-of-the art facilities, a dedicated children's programme, personal training and in house physiotherapy, UCS Active provides the very best in fitness, health, sport and general well being.

 
Kids Active

Devised by our children's specialists, Kids Active combines fun, sport, dance and swimming to keep little minds and bodies active. Plus there's our fun packed holiday courses.

Members benefit from free and exclusive use of our all weather tennis courts. Court hire and coaching available.  We now offer Adult Group Coaching, contact reception for details.

From Mon 6th July-Fri 4th Sept the Club is open from 9am-10pm Mon-Fri & 9am-8pm at weekends.                   Timetables available to download now.
